I have enjoyed reading blogs for years now but always just figured I would be a reader, not the writer. However...
Jeremy and I are about to face a huge change in our lives. We are moving to Mumena, Zambia with Jeremy's brother Jason and his wife Erin. We will be joining a team of three missionary families that have been doing ministry in Mumena for five years now. We are eager to learn from them and begin a new way of life and ministry.
We covet your prayers as we begin this new journey. We will be leaving for Zambia on January 11, 2011. Only 7 more weeks! Our team has been incredibly blessed and supported by family, friends and the support and prayers of East Brainerd Church of Christ in Chattanooga, TN and the Hillcrest Church of Christ in Abilene, TX.
I am so excited to be able to have this outlet of communication so we can update you on our lives from the African bush, the funny and unusual things that go on there and most of all the kingdom work God is doing in Zambia! We are blessed.
